Tigran Amiryan presents P/F by Aram Pachyan at 100+10 festival at Gorki Theater in Berlin

ON May 16, 2025 in the frames of 100+10 festival of Armenian culture an event was organized on the novel P/F by Aram Pachyan. Literary critic and researcher Tigran Amiryan in conversation with actor, writer Necati Oziri talked about the book and actor, Daron Yates read extracts from the novel in English and German languages.

Tigran Amiryan, a scholar specialising in Memory Studies and holding a doctorate in Contemporary World Literature, published the first comprehensive analysis of Aram Pachyan’s novel P/F in 2021 in his review for EVNReport magazine.
 

In 2023 Necati Oziri read extracts from P/F in Frankfurt at the readings in the frames of the ceremony of awarding The Prize for Peace to Salman Rushdie by the German Book Trade. This is one of the most prestigious ceremonies taking place in the framework of Frankfurt Book Fair. 

P/F by Aram Pachyan was published in German in 2023 by Swiss publishing house Kolchis Verlag. The novel has been translated into Greek, Farsi, Georgian, Bulgarian, Albanian and Tamil. The novel was published in 2020 and awarded with European Prize for Literature in 2021.
 
About the festival
100+10 – ARMENIAN ALLEGORIES presented a diverse program including theater, performances, music, film, literature, and art. In addition to well-known names such as Tigran Hamasyan, Atom Egoyan and Arsinée Khanjian, a number of artists from Armenia and the diaspora were also represented.
