A novel / Antares / 2020 / 208 pages

Hymn, the second novel of Mommyland trilogy is written with the principle of the synthesis of movie review, screenplay and poetic prose. Through the resignification of the national symbols of Armenia, the author attempts to aesthetically present the Armenian reality of early 2010s and the LGBT people who purse happiness in it. The main characters of Mommyland: Hymn are three women, each of whom has her own version of family bless and happiness. When the youngest of them becomes surrogate, they face the necessity of making a life-changing decision.
